Many items are one of a kind or available in limited quantities. Product availability is subject to change without notice.

Nothing in this section excludes applicable rights concerning defective, damaged, or materially misdescribed merchandise.

5. Pricing and Product Availability

All prices are displayed in the currency indicated at checkout.

Prices, promotions, and product availability may change without notice. Changes do not retroactively alter accepted orders unless permitted by applicable law or agreed upon with the customer.

We reserve the right to correct typographical errors, inaccurate product information, or pricing mistakes.

If a material error affects an order, we may contact you to confirm whether you wish to proceed under corrected terms or cancel the affected order and receive an appropriate refund.

We may limit purchase quantities when reasonably necessary to prevent fraud, unauthorized resale activity, or inventory errors.

Submitting an order constitutes an offer to purchase the selected merchandise.

An automated order confirmation acknowledges receipt of your order but does not necessarily constitute final acceptance.

If we cancel an order after payment has been collected, we will refund the applicable payment in accordance with law.

Wade Living currently ships to eligible addresses within the United States and Canada, subject to merchandise eligibility, carrier availability, and applicable shipping restrictions.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information.

Delivery estimates may vary due to merchandise characteristics, carrier operations, customs processing, weather, and other circumstances.

Certain vintage, fragile, oversized, or specialty merchandise may require additional handling or shipping arrangements.

Orders shipped to Canada may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, brokerage fees, or other charges, as described in our Shipping Policy.

Responsibility for lost, damaged, or undelivered merchandise will be determined in accordance with our applicable policies and consumer protection requirements.

8. Returns, Refunds, and Final Sale Merchandise

Eligible merchandise may generally be returned within 14 days of delivery, subject to the conditions described in that policy.

A 25% restocking fee applies to eligible change-of-mind returns, except where prohibited by applicable law.

Certain merchandise may be individually designated Final Sale and excluded from ordinary change-of-mind returns.

Final Sale status does not eliminate rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Wade Living LLC will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from website use or transactions.

Where legally permitted, Wade Living LLC's aggregate liability for claims relating to a particular purchase will be limited to the greater of the amount paid for the affected merchandise or $100.

This limitation does not apply to liability that cannot lawfully be limited, including liability arising from fraud, willful misconduct, or other legally protected claims.

13. Indemnification

To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree to indemnify Wade Living LLC against reasonable third-party claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses arising directly from your unlawful use of the website, infringement of third-party rights, or material breach of these Terms.

Subject to applicable consumer protection laws and jurisdictional requirements, disputes arising from these Terms or transactions with Wade Living may be brought before the appropriate state or federal courts serving Wichita, Kansas.

Nothing in this section deprives consumers of mandatory legal protections or rights to pursue claims in another jurisdiction where those rights cannot legally be waived.
