This blue glass covered compote presents a turquoise glow with a rounded bowl, baluster pedestal, and domed finial lid.
Blue glass gives this covered compote a bright Mid-Century Modern presence, pairing its translucent aqua tone with a graceful pedestal base and tiered lid handle. The form works beautifully as a candy dish or small keepsake container, while the pressed glass finish adds collected character. Its smooth bowl, matching dome lid, and clean round foot create a balanced silhouette that is both decorative and useful. Previously loved and showing gentle wear consistent with use, it brings an easy touch of retro charm to a shelf or tabletop.
Dimensions are 5.5 in. height x 4 in. diameter (13.97 cm x 10.16 cm).
Condition note: There are no chips or cracks around the rim of bowl or underside of lid. The finial does have a decent size chip but it is not overly noticeable when on display. The lid also has a visible scratch. These have all been included in the photos for you to review, but please feel free to ask any additional questions. It is a beautiful blue.
