About this item
This fine‑china collector plate brings a warm, narrative presence with Norman Rockwell’s colonial‑era scene framed by a softly reflective gold trim.
The artwork, titled Ye Glutton, appears in Rockwell’s Colonials: The Rarest of the Rockwells series, capturing the expressive character studies that defined Rockwell’s late illustrative work. Produced by the Edwin M. Knowles China Company in 1988, this plate was issued as the eighth piece in the series and released as a limited edition restricted to 150 firing days. Knowles was widely regarded for its high‑quality American china, and its collaborations with the Rockwell Society helped establish these plates as enduring collectibles. This example includes its original Certificate of Authenticity and is numbered 13454A.
Dimensions are approximately 9.25" diameter.
