Ce plateau met en valeur la géométrie nette qui caractérisait le verre pressé américain ancien (EAPG), avec un motif central en étoile à plusieurs branches encadré par un ruban zigzag et un anneau extérieur d'étoiles pointues stylisées qui captent et diffusent magnifiquement la lumière. Northwood a introduit le motif Holiday en 1908, une période où les verriers américains affinaient des moules complexes pour obtenir des détails plus nets et une plus grande profondeur visuelle.
