Knowles China Company from 1977 through the early 1990s, was the first officially authorized series of limited‑edition plates to reproduce Norman Rockwell’s artwork. This 1984 release, The Storyteller, is the eighth plate in the series and depicts a grandfather animatedly sharing a tale with a group of children and a dog seated nearby. The porcelain surface highlights the detailed transfer illustration and the plate’s decorative presentation.
