About this item

This fine‑china collector plate brings a warm, narrative presence with Norman Rockwell’s colonial‑era scene framed by softly reflective gold trim.

The artwork, titled Clinching the Deal, appears in Rockwell’s Colonials: The Rarest Rockwells series and depicts two colonial men seated at a table finalizing an agreement, a moment rendered with Rockwell’s signature expressive detail. Produced by the Edwin M. Knowles China Company in 1987, this plate was issued as the sixth piece in the series and released as a limited edition restricted to a 150‑day firing period. Knowles was widely regarded for its high‑quality American china, and its collaborations with the Rockwell Society helped establish these plates as enduring collectibles. This example includes its original Certificate of Authenticity and is numbered 3883A.

Dimensions are approximately 9.25" diameter.
