Das Kunstwerk mit dem Titel Licht für den Winter erscheint in Rockwells Colonials: The Rarest Rockwells-Serie und fängt die ausdrucksstarken, geschichtenreichen Momente ein, die Rockwells spätere illustrative Arbeiten auszeichneten. Dieser Teller wurde 1987 von der Edwin M. Knowles China Company hergestellt und als drittes Stück der Serie in einer auf eine 150-tägige Brennperiode beschränkten Auflage herausgegeben.
