At Wade Living, we aim to provide clear and accurate shipping expectations for every order. Each item is handled with care and prepared for shipment as quickly and safely as possible.

Processing Times

Most orders are processed within 2–5 business days.

Processing times may vary slightly depending on the item, but every order is prepared with the same attention to detail — whether it’s a contemporary home essential or a character‑rich vintage piece.

Transit Times

United States

Most U.S. orders arrive within 5–10 business days after shipment. Delivery timelines may vary based on the carrier, shipping method, and destination.

International Orders

International delivery times vary by destination, but most orders arrive within 10–20 business days after shipment. Customs processing may extend delivery timelines.

Customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or fees required by their country.

Shipping Methods & Carriers

Orders may ship through USPS, UPS, FedEx, or other major carriers. The carrier is selected based on the item and destination to ensure reliable delivery.

If your order includes multiple items, they may ship in separate packages. Each package will include its own tracking information when available.

A physical street address is required for delivery. We are unable to ship to PO boxes.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and reflect the specifics of each item in your order, including size, weight, and carrier rates available at the time of purchase.

Tracking & Updates

All orders include tracking. You’ll receive tracking details by email or SMS as soon as each shipment is prepared. If your order ships in multiple packages, you’ll receive separate tracking information for each one.

If your package is marked as delivered but cannot be located, we recommend checking with neighbors or building management and confirming that the shipping address on your order is correct. Carriers may occasionally update tracking before the package arrives, so allowing 24 hours can help.

Limitations & Responsibilities

Carrier Delays

Once a package has been transferred to the carrier, delivery timelines are determined by the carrier. Delays caused by weather, routing, staffing, or other carrier‑related issues are outside our control.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Please ensure your shipping address is accurate at checkout. We are not responsible for delays or delivery issues caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses, missing apartment or unit numbers, or customer‑requested address changes after an order has been placed.

Risk of Loss

Risk of loss transfers to the buyer once the carrier confirms delivery to the address provided at checkout.
