Das Kunstwerk wurde auf 100 % Seidenhabotai mit permanenten Textilfarben erstellt und misst 22 x 14 Zoll (ca. 56 x 36 cm). Es kann in Grau, Holz oder Schwarz gerahmt werden, und wie alle Seidenstücke sollte es am besten vor direkter Sonneneinstrahlung geschützt ausgestellt werden, um die Farbe über die Zeit zu erhalten.

Die Arbeit der Künstlerin Carol Sullivan ist geprägt von einem Leben, das sie um Boote, Küstenreisen und die wechselnden Stimmungen der Natur verbrachte, die sie durch Meer, Himmel, Flora und Fauna interpretiert. Ihr Seidenfärbeverfahren reicht von locker und impressionistisch bis zu kontrolliert und detailliert, wobei ständiges Experimentieren ihre Arbeit frisch und sich entwickelnd hält.
