Tracking for Guest Customers
If you placed your order as a guest, you can track your shipment using the link in your order confirmation email. This link takes you directly to your order status page—no account or login required.
What to look for:
- Subject line: “Order Confirmation” or “Your Order #[number]”
- A tracking link or Track Your Order button inside the email
- Clicking the link will show the most current updates from the carrier

Tracking Updates
Tracking becomes available once your order has shipped. Some items ship directly from Wade Living, while others are fulfilled by trusted partner facilities. If your order contains multiple items, they may ship in separate packages with individual tracking numbers.
Delivery Timeframes
Delivery time depends on the carrier and destination. If your order includes items that ship from different locations, they may arrive in separate packages. Tracking will update as each shipment moves through the carrier’s network.
